The holy temple remained closed to devotees for the last 9 months, as a measure to control the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, the temple has opened to its devotees adhering to the protocols for the pandemic. Atonement Puja was held at the temple this morning as the holy temple was closed to its devotees for the past nine months, the first time since ancient history. COVID protocols will be strictly followed while wearing a mask at all times is mandatory by the devotees visiting the temple. The security in the temple premises have been increased to supervise that the protocols are strictly followed.
We had an amazing trip. These guys are amazing and we're looking after us 24/7. Managed to see and experience Nepal in friendly and feel-like-local attitude. This is a place I would definitely be returning!
